Well, it wouldn’t be St. Patrick’s day without a whole lot of green! And this time of year the infamous “Shamrock Shake” makes it’s appearance. So I am going to show you how to make a healthier version of that deliciously green shamrock shake! Instead of ice cream and food coloring – this version is packed with healthy ingredients like spinach (for a natural green!) and banana. But it still has that sweet, creamy, minty flavor that we all love.
Here are your ingredients:
A Frozen banana
1 cup milk of choice
½ cup plain greek yogurt
½ cup leafy green of choice
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp mint extract
ice cubes
Whipped cream and green sprinkles (optional)
